Quick update about settlements
The Transactor API is currently experiencing a fee calculation issue which is preventing settlements from completing. Your funds are safe and not lost, this is a payment flow problem, not a loss of funds.
✅ What’s happening
1. The issue has been reported to the team and they’re already looking into it.
2. Once fixed, pending settlements will go through normally.
⚙️ What to do
1. Please hold off on making new settlement attempts for now.
2. If you’ve already tried and it got stuck, no action is needed. It’ll clear once the issue is resolved.
